Classroom Rules
Kindergarten Classroom Rules
1. Listen and follow directions the first time they are given
2. Keep feet and hands to yourself at all times
3. Use an inside voice
4. Always share and take turns
5. Walk – No running
If a student chooses to break a rule:
1st time – warning
2nd time – child will miss 10 minutes of playtime
3rd time – no treat will be given for the day
4th time – child will be taken to principal
Severe Disruption – Parents will be notified
To encourage the children to follow the classroom rules, I will
reinforce appropriate behavior with: treats, stickers, and free time.
